Getting started
- Request your free trial through the form on the contact page: tell us about your clinic, your treatments, your markets and how many requests you receive each month.
- We set up your space: we connect your WhatsApp number and your lead sources, import your existing patients and train your team.
- Your team logs in from the login page with the address of your CRM (yourclinic.crmboost.io).
Your WhatsApp number
You keep the number you already use. CRM Boost connects to it: nothing needs to be replaced. Messages are sent at a controlled pace, during business hours only, and sending stops by itself at the first sign of risk.
Capturing leads
Facebook Ads forms, website forms and WhatsApp messages all feed the same pipeline. Each lead keeps its source and campaign, and its language and the treatment wanted are detected automatically.
The pipeline and the patient file
Every patient moves through the same stages for the whole team, from the first contact to the booked patient. The patient file gathers the WhatsApp conversation, photos, test results, X-rays and internal notes, so any colleague can take over a case.
Team, roles and view-only accounts
Each request is assigned to a coordinator. Access depends on the role: manager, coordinator, or view-only access for a partner or a doctor, who can see patients without being able to send or edit.
Follow-up tasks and AI-drafted replies
Your team gets a daily list of follow-ups. Replies can be drafted by AI in the patient’s language, and they are always reviewed and approved by a person before sending. Your team can also always work manually.
Data protection
Your data is hosted in the European Union, in a space reserved for your clinic. A data processing agreement is signed with every client, and patients’ rights (access, correction, deletion) are respected on request. Read our privacy policy and data processing agreement.
