Description of Service

CRM Boost provides a lead capture, qualification, and follow-up automation platform for medical tourism clinics, including CRM, WhatsApp automation, Facebook Ads management, and content services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information provided, for complying with applicable advertising and data protection laws, and for the conduct of their own team when using the platform.

Billing

Pricing is based on lead volume processed rather than a fixed monthly fee, as agreed individually with each client.

Limitation of Liability

CRM Boost provides the service on an “as is” basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
