Purpose

This Data Processing Agreement describes how CRM Boost handles personal data (such as lead names, phone numbers, and messages) on behalf of its clinic clients when operating the CRM Boost platform.

Roles

The clinic acts as the data controller for its leads’ personal data. CRM Boost acts as a data processor, handling that data only to provide the agreed services (lead capture, qualification, WhatsApp follow-up, and reporting).

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect lead data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Data Retention

Lead data is retained for as long as the client relationship is active, or as otherwise agreed with the client.
